Changing framework state

Warn other users of the system before changing framework state

In non-production environments, admin users can change the framework state. Log in as an admin user, then go to <base URL>/admin/frameworks. From that page, you will be able to change framework states.

Getting a supplier account

Create a new supplier using the create_test_users script. You can find a supplier that has applied to a previous framework using the get-user script. The default password in non-production environments is Password1234.
