There’s a lot of information about Digital Marketplace in various places - here’s a quick guide.

What you’re reading right now! This is aimed at developers but contains useful info for the wider team:

Trello¶
Historically, the Digital Marketplace was managed with Trello. Ask the team for access to the Trello workspaces and boards.
We currently use three boards:
Support¶

Used to manage incoming support requests, bugs and regular chores. This board also contains:
Templates for common tasks (including scheduled chores)
Handy shortcut links (should all be in this developer manual as well)
Watch list (things we need to keep an eye on and regularly review)
DMP Sprint doing¶

This was the board used by Cabinet Office CDIO and CCS to manage the transition of the Digital Marketplace to CCS. Still tracking the final bits of transition work.
Backlog¶

The backlog board used by the old Cabinet Office CDIO team. Now only relevant for containing a few historic tickets relevant to ongoing support or G13/DOS6.
